We are seeking a Client Business Support Officer to join our busy accounting firm on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant is required to have minimum of 2-3 years previous bookkeeping experience, including payroll.

We require a professional and mature individual with a “can do” and “client first” attitude. Good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.


Duties will include:
  • Data entry
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
  • Experience with Payroll
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting the bookkeeping team/Accountants as required
The successful applicant will be proficient in:
  • MYOB AccountRight
  • Xero (preferred but not essential)
  • Receipt bank / Dext
  • Accountants Enterprise products (preferred but not essential)
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Payroll

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing professional firm. We have a close-knit team and a vibrant office environment with regular fun social events. Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility available.
