We are seeking a Client Business Support Officer to join our busy accounting firm on a full-time basis.
The successful applicant is required to have minimum of 2-3 years previous bookkeeping experience, including payroll.
We require a professional and mature individual with a “can do” and “client first” attitude. Good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Duties will include:
- Data entry
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
- Experience with Payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting the bookkeeping team/Accountants as required
The successful applicant will be proficient in:
- MYOB AccountRight
- Xero (preferred but not essential)
- Receipt bank / Dext
- Accountants Enterprise products (preferred but not essential)
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
